On the afternoon of August 31,there was a signing ceremony held between Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd.(hereafter called Sinoma-EC) and Ninghe District Government of Tianjin for the strategic cooperation. Shan Zefeng, Deputy Party Secretary & District Head of the People’s Government of Ninghe District of Tianjin and Ma Mingliang, Party Secretary, Chairman &President of Sinoma-EC attended the ceremony. Chen Liangwen, Deputy District Head of the People’s Government of Ninghe District of Tianjin and Dong Lanqi, Chief Engineer of Sinoma-EC & Executive Vice President of Sinoma-EC Central Research Institute signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the both sides.

　　First, District Head Shan Zefeng extended his congratulation on the successful registration of Sinoma-EC Industrial Energy Storage(Tianjin) Ltd. (hereafter called Industrial Energy Storage Ltd.) in modern industrial park of Ninghe District, which is affiliated to Sinoma-EC. He reckoned that new development opportunities will be brought to Ninghe District with implementation of the industrial park project of Sinoma-EC R&D base and settlement of the Industrial Energy Storage Ltd. in the modern industrial park of Ninghe District. Governments at all levels of Ninghe District will fully cooperate with Sinoma-EC for building the Sinoma-EC R&D base into a demonstration park for “Green and Carbon Emission Reduction”.

　　Chairman Ma Mingliang expressed his heartfelt thanks for the good business environment created by Ninghe District for Sinoma-EC and the strong support and efforts of governments at all levels in Ninghe District for the industrial park project of Sinoma-EC R&D base. He fully affirmed the progress of the project signed in June and filled with the expectation for the development prospect of the R&D base industrial park. He said that Sinoma-EC, as the main force in the energy conservation and emission reduction industry of CNBM, will give full play to its technological advantages in energy conservation and carbon reduction, seriously and solidly promote the construction of the project, and jointly contribute to the implementation of the strategy for promoting Tianjin to become a modern socialist metropolis.

　　At the meeting, the two sides also discussed the cooperation between Sinoma-EC and Ninghe District in photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, geothermal energy utilization, clean energy heating and refrigeration, industrial energy storage and other related businesses, as well as energy-saving and environmental protection projects such as municipal sewage and sludge treatment.
