Sinoma Energy Conservation Signs EPC Contract for Air Separation Unit in Navoi, Uzbekistan

On July 17, 2026, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. officially signed the EPC general contracting agreement for an air separation unit (ASU) project in Navoi, Uzbekistan. Under the tripartite framework, with Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. as the EPC contractor, Linde-Navoi Joint Venture serves as the project owner and Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Joint-Stock Company acts as the key partner. Pei Chao, Director of the Central Asia Division and Uzbekistan Country Representative of Sinoma Energy Conservation International Investment Co.,Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.

The project is developed by Linde-Navoi Joint Venture, an entity based in Uzbekistan established by Linde Group, a global leader in industrial gas supply. As the official EPC general contractor, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. will cooperate closely with Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Joint-Stock Company to advance high-quality project implementation.
